Partner of Iulius Group, the Local City Council is the institution with competence in deciding on the most appropriate ways of solving issues of public interest in Iaşi, as the Council members are organized in Specialty Committees. In virtue of its position and following the analysis of the proposal, as well as the further negotiations, the Local Council of the City of Iaşi decided to enter into a joint venture with Iulius Group for the purpose of achieving the PALAS project.
