OVERVIEW
The PALAS ensemble, developed by the IULIUS GROUP company in Iaşi, introduces the ”lifestyle center” concept on the ”mixed-use developments” market in Romania.
In this unique urban development complex PALAS integrates areas designed for retail, hotels, A-class offices, apartments, underground parking lot with approximately 2,500 parking spaces, as well as an entertainment area.
The Project covers a total built area of approximately 320,000 sqm and involves an investment that exceeds Euro 260 millions.
In 2007, the PALAS ensemble received an award in Cannes, at the MAPIC International Retail and Real Estate Fair, within the “Best Retail Development over 20.000 sqm” category.
Conceived as a vast urban, economic, social and cultural development project, PALAS will contribute to the development of Iaşi by attracting foreign investors and as well to the reintegration of the Moldova region capital city into the national and international touristic circuit, introducing at the same time original, innovative concepts on the Romanian business and retail market.
